What Invoicly is

Invoicly is an invoicing and client management tool built for freelancers. It is developed and operated by BasiratAI, a company based in the United Kingdom.

By using Invoicly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Acceptable use

You may use Invoicly to:

• Create, send, and manage invoices for legitimate work you have carried out
• Manage contact details and billing information for your clients
• Track payment status on invoices you have issued

You may not use Invoicly to:

• Create fraudulent or misleading invoices
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute access to the platform
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

You own your data. The invoices you create, the client details you add, and the payment records you store belong to you. BasiratAI does not claim any rights over the content you generate using Invoicly.

BasiratAI owns Invoicly. The software, design, codebase, and product are our intellectual property. You are granted a licence to use the product, not ownership of it.

AI-generated content

Invoicly uses AI to help you create invoice content. The output is a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending anything to your clients. BasiratAI is not responsible for errors in invoices created using the AI feature.

Subscription and pricing

Pricing terms will be confirmed when Invoicly launches. This section will be updated at that point.

Where a paid subscription applies, you will be charged on the billing cycle you choose at sign-up. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Data export and termination

You can export your data at any time. When you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. If you wish to export before deletion, request it before closing your account or within 7 days of closure.

BasiratAI may terminate accounts that breach these terms, at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

Invoicly is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free. BasiratAI is not liable for any financial loss arising from errors in invoices you create, send, or act on using the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of Invoicly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
